The seminar is designed and suitable for all persons working in companies that already employ or plan to employ people with a migration background. Successful cooperation with people from different cultural backgrounds will give you comprehensive knowledge in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds. It serves as a guide for those who want to prepare themselves for upcoming tasks and for those who want to be able to communicate with different cultures and types. The goal is to develop a common understanding of the differences and similarities among all participants in order to work together more efficiently.
Germany is a country of migration. Germany can achieve the integration of migrants if all those involved pull together. The seminar Development of common values despite cultural differences is designed for companies that employ people with a migration background, who do not yet speak German well and know little about the culture, but want to learn it. It is designed for employees in companies who work with people from different cultural backgrounds with different experiences and qualifications.
A common understanding of the employer’s requirements is achieved by those employees who question themselves, their world view and their language and consistently respond to their counterpart. This seminar will give you impulses on what can be useful for a foreign colleague and how this cooperation can also provide you with added value if you meet each other openly and respectfully, and last but not least pragmatically, for example using and visualizing a simple language. A picture says more than 1000 words, this applies across cultures.
