DIN ISO 21001 is an international standard developed specifically for educational organizations. It establishes requirements for a management system focused on improving educational processes, increasing learner satisfaction, and enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and learning programs. At its core is a commitment to addressing learners’ needs and capabilities, with the goal of enabling inclusive, accessible, and equitable education. The standard requires educational institutions to maintain clear strategic direction, responsible leadership, engagement with all relevant stakeholders, and transparent, effective communication and feedback mechanisms. It also includes requirements for staff qualifications, appropriate learning environments, and systematic management of resources and processes. A central element is the continuous improvement of all educational processes based on measurable learning outcomes.

Since 2016, I have focused mainly on creating e-learning content for distance learning universities and other educational institutions. As a full-time writer and prompt writer, I use my skills to create engaging and educational content.

My expertise in e-learning and my commitment to critically constructive didactics according to Wolfgang Klafki shape my work. I firmly believe in the principles of Humboldt’s ideal of education and implement these in my educational approaches.

With my diverse experience and commitment to high-quality education, I support learners in realizing their full potential and learning sustainably.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Flensburg and a Master’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Barcelona. I started my career as a Product Manager at Revlon in Barcelona and now live in Switzerland, working as a Business Consultant. My focus is on enabling smooth business operations by fostering operational excellence. I always strive to listen closely and truly understand what drives people and helps companies move forward.

In June 2018, I decided to work independently and haven’t looked back since.

My qualifications include a Master’s degree in Change Management & Leadership and a systemic coaching certification. As a passionate enabler and leadership coach, I have been successfully supporting management in change management initiatives for over a decade.

One of my strengths is the successful management of agile transitions across all phases. In my role as a trusted advisor, I have consistently built trust and effectively shaped change processes.

My enthusiasm for AI, modern technologies, and gaming flows into my work, allowing me to utilize innovative solutions and current technological trends to develop tailored strategies and tools for personnel and organizational development. This passion enables me to stay at the forefront of industry advancements and implement forward-thinking approaches.
